Each Lillie is handmade to order by the designer and shipped 7-10 business days after you have made your purchase and the funds have been received. Orders are dispatched using insured USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipment notification via email once the package has been sent. If you require your order more quickly, please let us know through the contact form.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Unfortunately due to the intimate nature of lingerie, Toad Lillie does not refund or exchange any items bought from the online store. I want you to be besotted with your Toad Lillie purchase. If there is a major problem with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Please ensure you consult our size chart on our FAQs page prior to your purchase.
